Light workout

6.25 kg dumbell Curls 2x2 lift above head 2x2 Two 6.25 barbell lift to shoulder front 15kg dumbell rows 5x2 Smaller dumbell 5x2 front raises 5x2 side raises Barbell above head 2x2 exercise wheel 10x3 OK, so it was light but I am just getting back into it.
